Convenient credit card payments may be made in the ROES software. Pierce Digital accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Payments are processed before the order is shipped. If your card is declined, the shipment will be delayed.


UPS Ground Service is used unless another method is requested. Actual shipping fees are added to the invoice prior to shipping.

Damaged Shipments

Should a damaged shipment be received, please contact Pierce Digital immediately so we can direct you about how to place a damaged claim with the shipping carrier; and, so we can immediately remake the damaged prints. The shipping carrier requires clients to hold all packing material, the box the order was received in, and the damaged prints for their inspection.


Pierce Digital has the highest quality standards in the industry. However, should you receive an order with which you are dissatisfied, please contact Customer Service for instructions on returning the defective product and receiving a replacement.

Limit of Liability

Submitting any print or digital media to Pierce Digital for processing constitutes an agreement by you and Pierce Digital that any damages or loss by Pierce Digital or our agents, even if due to the negligence of our company or agents, will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film or media and printing at no charge. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
